Should I dye and change my hairstyle?

I've always wanted to have a new look. But I don't know what would look good on me. I want to get hairstyle that makes my skin look lighter but also with the kpop star/ pop star cool kind of look? Which of these colors do you think would suit me. I've dyed my hair red before and that looked good on me but I'm still thinking of something different..
