Iris - Deep song meaning

Tonight I attended and sang this song with my friend. And of course I looked up the meaning of the song before we did it so I know what the feeling was. I found out it was made for a film firstly about an angel that falls in love with a human woman and he is to choose between eternal life or give that up to be with this person he's in love with. I can't explain it all in detail but Its basically  a song about forbidden love. And I think a lot of us can relate to this song.

2 new songs I made

-One of the songs I made in December, which was made two weeks ago or so is called "You weren't there." I finished the whole song but need to make the actual home studio recording for the music and add vocals. I think I'm going to keep it solo singing only. I want to bring the vocals on this song out more.

-The other song I made is called "In my Heart" which is a song I alo finished writing and would like to have out for Valentines day. I'm not really good when it comes to describing liking a person. And although I've never been in a relationship I can still understand and write from another point of view. This song is more related to unrequited love or thinking of the perfect scenarios in your head about you and the other person that will probably never happen. Something like that?

Just got home (happy new years!)

Hey guys so we just got home from a new years party since my Mom wouldn't stop singing karaoke there. And I fell asleep in my friends room while waiting. So yeah karaoke till 330ish then we went to pick up my little sister. Tired but still happy new year!
