My laptop won't connect to the internet

For some reason my laptop is showing an exclamation point and says its connected to the Internet but it isnt. So I might have to upload my video tonight until I figure out the problem, so far now I'll just edit my video offline and use my old laptop to make templates and such. Hmm...
